A one-legged woman walks with short steps on crutches and her single leg, swaying her hips. Her eyes are cast down; she only occasionally glances at the camera. Her left leg has been amputated right up to the buttock, so the left side of her dress hangs flat. She has no prosthesis. As she walks, she moves her crutches slightly forward simultaneously, bears her weight on the hand grips, and then takes a step with her single leg. The camera pulls back to show her in full-view.
