Standing on her only (right) leg, a beautiful one-legged woman takes crutches from under her armpits, places them in front of her, and, hopping slightly backward on her right leg, sits down on a bench, folding the crutches together and holding them vertically to her right. The woman's left leg is completely amputated, and three-quarters of her left thigh is missing. The vague outline of the neat, short stump of her left thigh is barely visible through the fabric of her sundress, which completely envelops it. Below the short stump of her left thigh, the sundress hangs completely flat because there is no leg there. The camera shows the one-legged woman full-length.
