Animate it picture , do it such blinking and flickering white lines (but only from 10 to 20 lines in the moment) diffrent width with a change in length, but changing is just blinking no stretching and speed of appearance and changes at a rate (tempo) of 125 BPM. It look like as old tv chanale movie, and blinking word "FAKE" in the center but don't change size font
