Dax Mallard is using the vibrating massager machine, a vibrating platform that vibrates against a specific underneath body part while standing with both feet. Once turned on, the whole platform rapidly shakes and wobbles up and down like a seesaw, shaking the bottom targeted area. The platform vibrates and wobbles really rapidly fast with an electrical impulse to his underneath body area. It creates a "massage" effect that triggers to his entire body.
