The patient takes short fast breaths. The patient places his hand palm down onto the chest of the doctor in the black apron (you can hear the apron creasing ) the doctor gently takes the patients hand and lays it back to where it was while whispering to the patient "just relax" the doctor has a calming american accent. While all this is happening the doctor in all while rubs his hand gently up and down the patients body, then rests his hand on the patients knee. The patients facial expression barely changes and the oxygen mask is held onto his face the entire time.
