To begin with the sheet - Go to IMS -Final Sheet in the last insert a new row DEO/Store Next - Mention the details as per required like Division, Product type & Name, vendor name (if any) etc. One more thing to remember is that we have to maintain the division wise series as per PC division or other GP/TA/TL etc. Also, we have to copy the formula of product code from above and paste it. DEO/Store In the last , From Column “S” to Column “AW”- copy the formula from the above row and paste it as mentioned in the diagram. DEO/Store Note : We have to do the procedure in the IMS-Final sheet only . No need to add in other sheets because it will automatically reflect in other sheets because of the array formula. DEO/Store DEO can add any product and create any pack size any time - but not remove or delete any product form IMS till Month end. Process coordinator can remove products from IMS while making new IMS on a monthly basis. DEO/Store
