A beach party. A 20 year old woman in an American flag swimsuit. a series of clips, she eats burgers and hotdogs while drinking a beer called "Cerveja quadrada", which looked like a white aluminium can of beer with black square on it, and because of that, POOF, she blows up and becomes enormously fat, round and bloated, around 9,000,000,000,000 lbs, with her limbs and head looking small compared to body, at final shot she looked at camera (i.e. at us) and congratulates us on the Fourth of July, the US Independence Day.
