1. SPONSORSHIP & PLATFORM DISCLAIMERS

This contest is sponsored and administered solely by Gain Guru LLC ("Sponsor").

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of this contest, nor is it involved in any way.

Google LLC is not a sponsor of this contest, nor is it involved in any way.

This contest is available on multiple platforms (including iOS and Android); the pool of entrants is combined across all platforms, and winners may come from any supported platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Gain Guru LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest runs on a weekly basis. Each contest period begins on Monday at 00:00 UTC and ends on Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC ("Contest Week").

4. HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to win, an entrant must:

• Create a valid account on the App.
• Validate their email address.
• Upload an avatar image and a profile cover (image or video).
• Upload a video submission to the App during the Contest Week.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Winners are determined based on Skill and Merit in creating engaging content. The winners will be the entrants whose single video submission generates the highest number of unique views within the App during the Contest Week.

We count the single submission with the most views per account; views are not aggregated across multiple videos.

Fraud Check: Any use of bots, automated scripts, click-farming, or other manipulative methods to artificially increase view counts will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from the contest. Gain Guru LLC reserves the right to audit views for authenticity.

6. PRIZES

There are three (3) winners per week based on view counts:

• 1st Place: $200 USD
• 2nd Place: $100 USD
• 3rd Place: $50 USD

Prizes are non-transferable. One prize per person per week.

7. PRIZE CLAIM & PAYOUT CONDITIONS

Notification: Winners will be notified within 30 minutes after the Contest Week ends. Prize earnings will be displayed on your Payouts page.

To receive the cash payout, confirmed winners must:

• Share a link to huge.com on a public social media account (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) that has at least 500 followers.
• FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT: To comply with FTC guidelines, your social media post must include a clear disclosure that you are sharing the link as part of a contest (e.g., use the hashtag #ContestEntry or #Ad).
• Submit the URL of the shared post for verification at: Share Verification

PAYOUT TIMING: Payouts will be processed on the Thursday immediately following the end of the Contest Week, provided the winner has entered valid payout information and completed the verification steps above.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Gain Guru LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the contest.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Gain Guru LLC, Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the contest.

10. PRIVACY

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Gain Guru LLC website and within the App.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform where the link is shared.

12. TIPS FOR SUCCESS

While not official rules, the following tips may help you improve your chances of winning:

• Stay Active: Upload new content regularly to keep your audience engaged.
• Engage: Gain followers and keep them excited for more content.
• Cross-Promote: Share your page on social media and link-sharing platforms (remember to use #Ad or #ContestEntry when sharing links to comply with Rule 7).
